You'll receive a rent reduction off the $1,300/mo market rate, plus hourly compensation for time spent on property duties.

What you'll do

Show vacant units and assist prospective tenants through the leasing process
Serve as the on-site point of contact for resident questions
Coordinate access and scheduling for maintenance vendors
Perform regular property walkthroughs and flag issues to ownership
Help with move-in/move-out inspections and tenant onboarding

What we're looking for

Reliable, organized, and comfortable communicating with people
Some experience in property management, leasing, or customer service a plus
Able to respond to tenant needs in a timely manner
Must pass background and credit screening
